1. CONTACT US FOR A FREE QUOTE
Call us at 1-800-553-9490 or email us and tell us about your project. We will answer all of your questions and guide you through the fun process of pin/ coin making.
2. SEND US YOUR IDEA / ART
Our design team will get started creating your custom emblem art as soon as we receive your idea, sketch or digital image. No matter how basic or complex your art or idea is, our artists will make it shine!
3. APPROVE YOUR ART
We will email you a custom, full-color design for your approval. Only after you are completely satisfied will your project go into production.
SAMPLES
If you have any concern about how the look of the final result we can make a sample pin for your approval. Only upon your approval do we begin production. Samples add a little time to the project but give you full confidence that you will get exactly what you want. We can even produce a couple of variations for you to pick from. Very few of our competitors offer this option but we want you to get the best pin possible for your project!
ARTWORK
Vector files from Illustrator (.ai or .eps) will speed the process of fulfilling your order, however; almost any file format (jpg, psd, tif) can be used. Drawings and photos can also be useful.
PIN DUPLICATION
If you have an existing lapel pin or coin that you would like
duplicated, mail the pin or coin to us at:

Note: It is ok to bend or remove the back post on pins and remember to
add an additional $0.20 postage for the extra envelope thickness.
DELIVERY TIME
Normally, you will receive your products 3 to 4 weeks after approving your artwork. If you have a dated event or need your products sooner be sure to let us know.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
When we talk we will ask you a number of questions such as:
- Do you have a specific date that you need the emblems?
- Approximately how many emblems you will be ordering.
- Do you have a preference for the color of metal? (gold, silver, black, copper, antique…)
- Do you have a size preference for your emblem?
