I have never ordered lapel pins before and the process seems a little overwhelming. How will The Pin Center help me?

I don’t have artwork but I have an idea. Can I still order lapel pins?
Yes, we can create artwork from ideas you give us over the phone, stick-figure drawings you mail us, or detailed images you e-mail us. We will take your ideas/artwork in any format and convert it to manufacturing ready artwork.
How long does it take to make a lapel pin?
Once you have approved the artwork, your custom made products will be ready to ship in about 3-4 weeks. If you require a faster turnaround, please let us know.
What if I don’t see what I’m looking for on your website?
Only a small sampling of what we can produce is displayed. We can make an infinite number of shapes and designs and guarantee we can design a product that is perfect for you.
I have received other quotes that are much higher than yours, why are the Pin Center prices so good?
When you buy pins from the Pin Center you are buying directly from a company that designs and produces the pins. By eliminating the “middle man” you pay the best price PLUS you are dealing directly with people that design and produce hundreds of pins EVERYDAY.
Is it safe to order online with The Pin Center?
Yes, we use the latest in online security to ensure that all of your personal information is safe. Please read our Privacy Policy for further information.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our company, we will e-mail the tracking number(s) to you.
Do you ship to overseas military addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses frequently via USPS mail. It takes about 7-14 days to reach most APO/FPO locations after your order leaves The Pin Center. If Express Mail is available it takes about 3-4 days to reach most APO/FPO locations. Please call for details and costs.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
No, sales taxes are only charged to orders sent to a Nevada location.
